OBAMA TURNS ON THE LIGHTS AT THE CAPITOL

The Obamas were joined by actor Neil Patrick Harris to help light the National Christmas Tree in the 90th annual ceremony. All were bundled to shield themselves from the cold December night. After the tree was lit, the first family even partook in some holiday caroling, with Mr Obama and daughter Malia singing 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.'
